Big Green Egg (BGE) (EGG)

We LOVE our BGE.  It is pricy, but totally worth it.  Griller, smoker, maker of magic...all in one big green egg.  One of the first things we grilled on the EGG was chicken breast for the kids.  We had steaks for Dan and myself.  The chicken went on first and was the first off (kids get hungry faster than we do).  One bite of the chicken...by far THE BEST CHICKEN I had EVER had.  The EGG is perfect for anything!  Steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, even baking bread, quesadillas...whatever!

Garlic Shrimp
1 bag 36/40 shrimp, devein, remove legs & shell but leave tail

marinade:
Olive oil, 5 cloves of garlic (more or less, depending on how much you like garlic)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
S&P to taste
Put on Green Egg, 300 for about 10 minutes.  Till shrimp are pink.  If you're not sure if they're cooked all the way, ask your hubby to do a taste test!
Add lime (or lemon) juice to your shrimp once they're done.
